Some of you also will not get your shoes as some models/sizes/colors are not in stock at the factory in China. We are very sorry you did not received you items as u have requested as we were told that it was caused by the production halt at the factory during Chinese new year.
And we sincerely apologize for the delay of shipment due to public holidays in Klang Valley which disrupted the normal shipping schedule.Please accept our apology for this delay and sorry for any inconvenience caused .
